UK support and next steps

Reliable places to turn when you want support, not more noise.

This directory brings together UK organisations and public-health information for ADHD, perimenopause and mental health. Each entry links directly to the organisation that provides it. Inclusion is not an endorsement or a substitute for individual clinical care.

A practical next step

Use the resource to prepare, not to carry every answer alone.

If you decide to speak to a clinician or support organisation, it may help to bring a short note about what has changed, when it began and what you would like help with. You do not need to have a perfect explanation before asking for support.
